CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is very important to our stylists, it is time reserved especially for you. Each of us understands that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request 24-hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 24-hrs may result in a charge up to 100% of your service cost.

-No Shows. If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged up to 100% of the service scheduled. 

- Tardiness. We understand that being late is sometimes unavoidable. However, depending on the circumstances we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your appointment.  

 

- CHILD SAFETY POLICY

We love children, but our salon is NOT child proof. Due to safety considerations children must be supervised at all times, and are not permitted to roam freely throughout the salon.  If possible, please do not bring your young children to the salon, unless they have an appointment.
